Centerpoint IT’s most current rate schedule is noted below.

It is important to keep in mind that managed IT customer under ITessentials and Allworx customers under Allworx IP Support (Plus) and Allworx DR received reduced hourly rates on services plus receive priority service over non-managed clients. Rates are subject to change. These rates are outline below:

  • Hourly Rate

    Service Description

  • $14500

    Allworx Phone Support/Service (for Allworx Support Plus customers): Regular business hours, 1 hour minimum onsite, 30-minute minimum remote. Minimum trip charge for onsite service is $75. Priority service

  • $17500

    Allworx/Centerpoint Hosted Phone (for Allworx Support Plus and Allworx DR customers only): Regular business hours, 1 hour minimum onsite or remote. Minimum trip charge for onsite service is $75. Standard service interval:
    3-5 business day response. (Non-Managed – Standard Hourly Rate)

  • $19000

    Allworx/Hosted Phone Emergency/Expedited Support/Service (for Allworx Support Plus, Centerpoint Hosted and Allworx DR customers only):Same day requested service or after business hour service, 2 hour minimum. Minimum trip charge for onsite service is $75. After hours service is subject to resource availability. (Managed)

  • $25000

    Allworx/Centerpoint Hosted Emergency Support/Service (for Non-Allworx Support Plus and Non- Allworx DR customers only) (Non-Managed).

    IT Labor (for ITessentials Managed Service customers only): Regular business hours, 1 hour minimum onsite, 30 minute minimum remote. Minimum trip charge for onsite service is $75. Overage billing rate for monthly bundled hours. Priority service interval (non-emergency): 1-3 business day response. (Managed – Standard Hourly Rate)

    IT Labor (for ITessentials Managed Service customers only): Regular business hours, 1 hour minimum onsite, 30 minute minimum remote. Minimum trip charge for onsite service is $75. Standard service interval: 5-7 business day response (Non-Managed – Standard Hourly Rate)

    IT Labor – Expedited (for ITessentials Managed Service customers only): Same day requested service or after business hour service, 1 hour minimum. Minimum trip charge for onsite service is $75. (Managed)

  • $29000

    IT Labor – Expedited (for Non-ITessentials customers): Same day requested service, 2 hour minimum. Minimum trip charge for onsite service is $75. Service After hour’s service is subject to resource availability. (Non-Managed)
