Are you Centerpoint’s next Customer Service Representative?
If so, that would mean you’re self-motivated, well-organized, personable, and adaptable to a range of customer needs, because you’d be the customer’s first point of contact.
No matter the request, you’ll be there to listen to the customer’s needs and facilitate a solution, whether that means providing them with vital information, transferring them to the right Centerpoint team member, or otherwise.
As our Customer Service Representative, you need to be flexible enough to work both independently and as a part of a team, and exhibit great communication and active listening skills.
Reporting directly to Chris Chao, your duties will include answering customer calls, managing customer accounts, entering customer service tickets, general sales and marketing efforts, and more.
